Career path

The journey clients make, she has made

  1. Fernanda Kubrusly spent eight years in private banking at BTG Pactual and in investment advisory at XP, in Brazil, designing strategy for high-net-worth families. In 2018 she moved to Lisbon and made the same journey that clients make today: the paperwork, the residency, taxes in two countries and the everyday practicalities of starting over.
  2. In Portugal, she ran the Portuguese arm of a global investor network and was a partner in a real estate investment firm for foreign buyers. It was then that she went back to university: she graduated in Law from NOVA School of Law and took a postgraduate degree in Real Estate Law at Universidade Católica Portuguesa.
  3. She then practised at Kore Partners, a boutique dedicated to private client work, and in the tax department of Garrigues, ranked Tier 1 by the international legal directories. She founded Providere to bring together the two perspectives, that of money and that of the law, in a single advisory practice.
