These terms govern the use of provideregroup.com, the website of Providere, a boutique wealth advisory firm based in Lisbon, Portugal. By browsing the website, you confirm that you have read and accepted them. Anyone who does not agree with them should stop using the website.
Scope
The website presents Providere, its three areas of practice (Wealth, Tax and Legal), its founder and the publications in the Insights area, and allows visitors to get in touch with the team. These terms apply to every page of the website, in Portuguese and in English.
The processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy, and the use of cookies in the Cookie Policy.
Use of the website
You agree to use the website lawfully and in good faith. You may not attempt to access restricted areas, interfere with the operation or security of the website, or use it to send unlawful, offensive or unsolicited content. The administrative area is for Providere’s team only.
Providere may suspend or restrict access to the website, without notice, for technical, maintenance or security reasons.
Informational content
The content of the website is informational and general in nature. It does not constitute legal, tax or financial advice, does not create a client relationship between Providere and you, and is no substitute for an analysis of your own circumstances. Any decision should be taken with advice suited to the situation of the person concerned. Simply contacting Providere through the website does not create that relationship either.
In the Insights area, Providere publishes legislative developments, analyses, cases and opinion pieces. This content reflects Providere’s understanding of the legal framework at the date of publication, which may change. Published cases are anonymised.
Intellectual property
The texts, the brand, the images and the graphic design of the website belong to Providere, or are used by it under licence, and are protected by copyright and industrial property law.
Reproduction, distribution, modification or commercial use, in whole or in part, without Providere’s prior written authorisation is prohibited. Short quotation is permitted, provided that Providere and the address provideregroup.com are identified as the source.
External links
The website may contain links to third-party websites, provided only for your convenience. Providere does not control those websites, is not responsible for their content or their privacy policies, and the inclusion of a link does not mean that it endorses them.
Limitation of liability
Providere aims to keep the information on the website accurate and current, but does not guarantee that it is free from errors, complete or up to date. To the extent permitted by law, Providere is not liable for damage arising from the use of the website or from reliance on its informational content, nor for access failures or interruptions beyond its control.
Nothing in these terms excludes any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Changes to the terms
Providere may amend these terms at any time. The version in force is the one published on the website, with the date of the last update shown at the top of the page. Continuing to use the website after an amendment means accepting the new version.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Portuguese law. Any dispute relating to the website falls within the jurisdiction of the courts of the district of Lisbon, without prejudice to any mandatory rules on jurisdiction that the law grants to consumers.
